Every opportunity that you can communicate with someone about your business is a chance to be a great speaker. Yes, this course will show you how to master a talk from a stage, but it will also show you techniques for facilitating webinars, Zoom presentations, networking events, and much more!
This is a 12-hour course that culminates with a live networking event where you will take the stage and podium to share your message (5 to 10 minutes) to the attendees. This will be recorded and yours to have along with a 30-, 60-, and 90-second vignette.
Classes will be from 9am-3pm Saturday, January 17th and Saturday, January 31st in Janesville.
The break in between training classes will provide you the opportunity to craft your story based on the learnings taught at the first class so you can rehearse during part of the second training.
The networking event will be held Wednesday, February 4th in Janesville.

Hey, I'm Connie Jo!
I am the CEO and Founder of Confidence with Connie (formerly known as BU2BFULL Hypnosis and Coaching). I am a master life coach, health coach, certified hypnotherapist, hypnosis certification instructor, neuro-linguistic programming specialist, author, keynote presenter, and was awarded the 2022 Hypnotist of the Year from MidAmerica Hypnosis Convention and 2023 Hypnotherapist of the Year from the Michigan Hypnotherapy Guild.
I also have 30 years of corporate leadership experience in the areas of medical non-profit association, manufacturing, and family business. In these positions, I specialized in strategic planning, project management, and community relations. With this business proficiency coupled with my knowledge of the mind, language patterns, and belief frameworks, I offer customized corporate workshops in leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, mindfulness, and more.
Before I ventured into my own business, I held management positions at Nissan Forklift, the American Academy of Dermatology, and Ideal Industries. In these positions, I led the national effort to set a Guinness World Record for the most skin cancer screenings in a single day; served on an advisory panel with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; Co-Chaired the National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention; amplified local giving by increasing employee participation by 132% and employee donations by 127%; served as the Executive Director for the Ideal Industries Foundation as well as Family Governance Manager for Ideal.
