Before launching her business, she spent nearly 30 years in corporate leadership roles across the medical non-profit industry, manufacturing, and family business sectors. Connie specialized in strategic planning, project management, volunteer management, and community relations.
In these roles she worked with government organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Food and Drug Administration as well as national sports organizations such as Major League Baseball and teams within the National Football League.
She is currently the President of the Board of Directors with Rotary Botanical Gardens and also a Board Member with Family Services of Southern Wisconsin.
